How Now lets you note how you feel and receive short, general pieces of advice drawn from books, the internet, and AI-generated suggestions.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
Sign-in is required (Apple, Google, or email + password). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app at any time.
Don't misuse the app, attempt to break or overload it, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
The app, its design, and its content are owned by Aleksei Bogomolov or its licensors and are protected by law. Book-sourced advice references its respective authors.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aleksei Bogomolov is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its advice.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
