New users get full access (How Now Plus) free for the first 14 days — no payment method and no automatic charges. After that the app keeps working in a free mode; Plus is entirely optional.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can also restore purchases inside the app on the Plus screen.
In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account. You can also stop all processing by deleting the app.
